Create a mail profile for SMTP, Microsoft Graph, MailerSend or Azure Communication Services — or IMAP, Graph or Outlook to read.
Add a Send e-mail step to a pipeline, or an alert rule, and template the subject and body.
Schedule it; every send is recorded in the audit log without the message body.

Security and governance

STARTTLS and implicit TLS with certificate verification on by default; authentication over an unencrypted connection is refused unless explicitly allowed
Recipient guardrails: a maximum per message, an allow-list of domains, and no send when the table is empty
Mail credentials live in the encrypted vault and are never logged; message bodies are omitted from logs
