A grid of cells coloured by value; date grouping, colour scales, rules, totals and outliers. A heatmap answers "where is it concentrated?" at a glance: every cell of a rows × columns grid is coloured by its value, so the busy hours, the weak regions or the correlated tenors stand out before anyone reads a number. Insert one from Reports → Heatmap on a sheet, from Dashboard → Heatmap on a dashboard, or turn any existing chart into one by picking Heatmap as its chart type. It is an ordinary chart in every other way: the same settings panel, the same three data sources, the same PNG, SVG and CSV buttons, the same PDF reports, and it saves with the project.
