A KPI dashboard is a single view of the few key performance indicators that show how a business or team is doing, usually with filters to drill into a region, product or period.

Good KPI dashboards are small and specific: one per audience, a handful of tiles, a few charts and a pivot for the detail. Large figures are scaled to thousands or millions so they can be read at a glance.
