Key driversWhat explains a number or a yes/no outcome: the Shapley ranking of drivers, direction and significance, the segments that stand out, R², the method and cross-filtering. A key-driver chart answers "what drives this?": revenue, margin, delay, or a yes/no outcome such as churn. Insert one from Dashboard → Key drivers, from Reports → Key drivers on a sheet, or pick Key drivers as any chart's type; it uses the same sources, title, fonts, number format, palette, PNG, SVG and CSV buttons and PDF reports as every chart, and saves with the project. It needs a TARGET — the column to explain — and the DRIVERS, up to twelve columns that might explain it, numbers or categories alike: the chart decides which is which from the values.
