A data story is a few sentences about a dashboard or a list of measures. The rule behind it: an AI model may WORD the story, but it may not SUPPLY its figures. The figures come from the same analysis tools Ask Greg uses — period comparison, anomaly detection, key drivers and forecasting — computed on your computer or server. The model is given those numbered facts (never rows) and asked for sentences that cite them; code then checks every figure in every sentence against the facts that sentence cites.
