A report is an ordered list of blocks — a cell range with its formatting, a pinned query, SQL results, a chart, a whole dashboard, a paragraph of text — printed as one document with a cover page, a table of contents, running headers and footers, a classification banner, a watermark, PDF passwords and an appendix saying where every figure came from. Reports are saved with the project and can be scheduled: a scheduled run re-reads every block, so the PDF holds the numbers as at the moment it ran.
