Automatic and manual calculation, pausing a sheet, recalculating, and AI formula refresh. Shows or hides the formula bar. It displays the active cell's raw content — the formula, not the formatted result — so you edit the underlying value. While a formula starting with "=" is being composed, every C<n>R<m> reference in it is highlighted on the grid in the same colour as its token in the bar. ANCHORING: a $ written in front of a part of a reference stops that part moving when the formula is dragged, filled or pasted — $C3R7 keeps column 3 while the row follows, C3$R7 keeps row 7 while the column follows, and $C3$R7 never moves.
