The people who understand a process — an operations lead, a compliance analyst, a service manager — are rarely the people who write code. ATX Agent Hub lets them build the AI agent themselves on a visual canvas, and gives engineers the typed steps, versioning, tests and logs they need to support it in production.
An agent is a workflow of nodes on a drag-and-drop canvas. Each node has typed inputs and outputs, so data passed from a retrieval step to a model step to an integration step is explicit and inspectable. Loops iterate over lists, conditions branch, storage keeps state, and notes document the canvas for the next person.
Workflows start on a schedule, on a webhook, or on an event in the tools people already use — a new Jira issue, an Asana task, a change in a Google Sheet, Doc or Drive, a Bitbucket event. Integration nodes act in Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Gmail and Git, and an HTTP Request node reaches any REST API without a ready-made connector. The Business plan includes all 53 node integrations.
A workflow is authored in DEV, run on sample inputs with each step's output and cost visible, captured into test cases, and submitted for review. On approval it is promoted to TEST and then PROD. Versions are immutable with a diff view and rollback, so a change is always reviewable and always reversible.
Published workflows run on cron schedules, webhooks or events, with retry policies and exponential backoff per step, and alerts to e-mail, Slack or Teams on failure. The Runs console keeps the full input, output, duration and token cost of every execution.
The User Portal exposes selected workflows and chat agents to employees, customers or partners through a branded, SSO-gated self-service interface, or as an embeddable widget inside your own application — without exposing the canvas behind it.
No. Agents are assembled from nodes on a drag-and-drop canvas. An HTTP Request node covers systems without a ready-made integration, so engineers can extend a workflow without leaving the builder.
General automation tools move data between apps. ATX Agent Hub adds what AI agents need in production: grounded retrieval over private knowledge, safety nodes, human approval, immutable versions with independent approval, AI-specific tests and per-run cost tracking.
Schedules, webhooks, and events from Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive and Bitbucket.
