Conditional formattingStoplights, heat maps, colour scales, data bars, icon sets and the rule manager. Rules that colour cells by their value: comparisons (equals, greater, between, contains…), formula rules, top/bottom percent, above/below average, percentile thresholds, duplicate detection, and comparisons against another column, the previous column or the previous row. Presets cover stoplights, colour scales (2- and 3-colour), data bars and icon sets (arrows, traffic lights, quarters). Rules are ordered, individually enabled, scoped to a range, and can skip blanks. Statistics behind distribution rules (top N%, above average, percentiles) are computed from the RESOLVED values, so a pinned region participates correctly.
