Backup and restoreVersioned project backups to a folder, and restoring a backup into a new folder. Zips the whole project folder — data, queries, mirrors, grid settings and the DuckDB database — to a local folder or a cloud location, with rolling retention that keeps only the newest N copies. The database is checkpointed first so the snapshot is consistent. Restore unpacks a backup into a NEW empty folder; it never overwrites an existing project.
