What it does

Role-based access control (RBAC) per project, environment and module
Four-eyes approval on credentials, workflow promotion and data exports
Immutable audit trail of every read, write, run and configuration change
AES-256 encryption at rest for secrets, manuals and knowledge base content
SSO / SAML and managed identity provider integrations
Exportable audit trail to answer SOC 2 / ISO 27001 evidence requests

How it works

Admins define roles and assign them per project in the Admin Panel.
Sensitive actions (publish, share, export, rotate keys) require a second approver.
Every action emits an audit event tagged with actor, project, environment and IP.
Auditors query or export the trail directly from the governance console.

Best practices

Always require approval on PROD promotions
Rotate API credentials at least every 90 days
Use separate roles for builders vs. operators
